Responsible for enabling the relocation of New Scotland Yard, and the associated realisation of £371m in capital receipts (80% of the Metropolitan Police target for 16/17), through the design and delivery of a comprehensive move, transformational change management and decommissioning programme, successfully migrating c. 3500 operational staff and over 500 IT systems to fifteen HQ receive sites.
