Responsible for the HQ Central Estate CRE Programme, ensuring the relocation of key Metropolitan and National policing capabilities across a reduced Central London HQ footprint, migrating over 7500 staff and systems, whilst transforming ways of working and use of technology, and realising c.£110m in capital receipts & c.£25m revenue savings to deliver a more efficient, fit for purpose counter terrorism and policing CRE portfolio.

NEW Scotland Yard CRE Programme Director (Independent Consultant)

Feb 2015 – Mar 2017

Responsible for enabling the relocation of New Scotland Yard, and the associated realisation of £371m in capital receipts (80% of the Metropolitan Police target for 16/17), through the design and delivery of a comprehensive move, transformational change management and decommissioning programme, successfully migrating c. 3500 operational staff and over 500 IT systems to fifteen HQ receive sites.
